St Pancras Station Fitout

A story of continued success...

Following the completion of the civil engineering elements of this project there was an extensive fitout stage prior to the opening of the Station in Nov 2007. Due to the successful delivery of the Civil engineering phase of this project we were appointed by the fitout contractor ISG to provide continued planning and commercial management services. Works included the shell and core fitout of 56 retail units, fitout of the arrivals and departure lounges, including toilets and 1st Class Travel lounge. Fitout of extensive British Transport Police offices and interview rooms.

We provided commercial and planning management service for this project. We were responsible for the procurement, contract administration and planning delivery of this stage of this project.
Co-ordinating design management, procurement and construction activities into the Master Programme submitted monthly to the Project Manager for acceptance.
CCCL planning team utilised various techniques to monitor the programme and site progress including, critical path analysis, running weekly progress meeting, production of KPI’s, producing monthly baseboard reports. Working closely with the CCCL commercial team to raise appropriate Early Warning and Compensation Events to ensure the project was delivery on time and within budget.
