The development of two buildings in the heart of Victoria
The West Building comprises 33,000sq m of mixed office and retail accommodation. The East Building is 16,000sq m of mixed retail and residential with high end properties at £10m each. The construction works also included a UK Power network box substation in between the two man structures.
CCCL were asked to carry review progress on site and prepare a report on disruption to the works as a result of disruption to three key elements of the Project for Main Contractor Lend Lease as part of their obligation to their client Land Securities.
