Training the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure Team for Welsh Water’s AMP7 Framework
Ctori Construction Consultants Limited continue to support Morgan Sindall Infrastructure on their works for Welsh Water’s Asset Management Plans (AMPs) Framework. Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Capital Alliance Delivery Partner of Welsh Water have been working with the not-for-profit water company for more than 25 years, helping to deliver their AMPs to support their 2050 vision of becoming a world-class sustainable water service.
An Extension to the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure Team
As a UK-Leading NEC Consultant, Ctori have been training the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure team on the form of contract as their work for Welsh Water’s extended to the AMP7 Framework.
Earlier this month, the consultants trained the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure team at a nearby Llantwit Fardra Sports Club in Pontypridd, in the heart of the beautiful Welsh countryside.
The CPD approved training courses were tailored to Morgan Sindall Infrastructure’s contract for Welsh Water, in order to reinforce the project team’s understanding as well as to help with specific areas of the contract in relation to the AMP7 framework.

The questions from the Morgan Sindall delivery teams, who have varying levels of NEC experience, were well answered and the use of practical examples brought the subject matter to life.” says Paul Dwyer, Commercial Manager of Morgan Sindall, Welsh Water Capital Delivery Alliance at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure.
A Scheme for a Sustainable Future
Works involved in the delivery of Welsh Water’ AMPs range from the removal of risk of sewer flooding for individual properties and investigation and prevention of environmental pollution, to the installation of innovative treatment technologies that are new to the UK.
The Welsh Water's Capital Delivery Alliance is a partnership that consists of various UK-leading companies with a joint aim of delivering new and improved water, wastewater and energy generation assets for communities and businesses in Wales, Hereford and Deeside with an investment of £600m.
