Training
CCCL carry out a number of training courses on the NEC. These include:
- General Introduction (this is useful for those who have little or no experience in operating the form of contract).
- Tender Preparation and Evaluation (This course is aimed at those who are involved in either procuring contractors or preparing tender documents for submission).
- Contract Administration (This course is aimed at those who will be managing projects using the NEC contract. It concentrates on correct procedure for both the Project Manager and the Contractor).
- Bespoke courses (These are tailored to suit particular requirements of clients. For example, emphasis can be made on Option C Target contract with activity schedule if delegates are heavily involved in a project which has chosen this option).
